The petitioner has raised certain objections that the electricity service connection stands in the name of the petitioner has been transferred to the fourth respondent. Therefore, he submitted a representation to the respondents 1 to 3 and filed this writ petition that his representation has not been considered by the respondents so far. 2/5

2.Mr.S.Deenadayalan, learned Standing Counsel who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that based on the petitioner's representation, an enquiry has been conducted and a decision is yet to be taken.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel that the enquiry has already been conducted and a decision would be taken, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to take a decision on the petitioner's representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing opportunity to the petitioner and other relevant parties, if any. No costs.
