Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.Aa 2/See.Ma.No.9/13, dated 01.08.2014 and quash the same and consequently, direct the third respondent to cancel the subdivision made in S.No.52/1 and 52/2 in Rajakkamangalam Villae, Nanguneri Taluk as S.Nos.52/1A2 and 52/2A1 in favour of the fourth respondent.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner questions the impugned remand order passed by the first respondent. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to the order of remand, further proceedings have taken place and they are in favour of the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the fourth respondent is not having instructions in the matter. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents states that the matter is presently pending in A.S.No.27 of 2020 on the file of the Sub Court, Valliyoor. 2/4

4. Recording this development, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
