ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that respondent police identified that the petitioner is the accused. He further submitted that the investigation in Crime No.444 of 2019 has been completed and the final report was also filed before the learned District and Sessions Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, by showing this petitioner is an absconding accused.

2. Since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court and execute a bond under Section 88 of Cr.P.C, as required by the concerned Court for its satisfaction.
