pass appropriate orders to reclassify the new survey no. 267/2 co-related to old survey No.178/P, Reddiarpatti Village, Palayamkottai Taluk from "Arasu Poramboke to correct classification as Natham" and pass appropriate orders within a time stipulated by this Court. For Petitioner :

ORDER

Mr.D.S.Nedunchezhian, learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the process of reclassifying Survey No. 267/2 co-related to old Survey No.178/P, Reddiarpatti Village, Palayamkottai Taluk from Arasu Poramboke to Natham would be done within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Recording the above, this Writ Petition is allowed and the respondents are directed to reclassify the petition mentioned land from

Arasu Poramboke to Natham within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 28.08.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes abr To 1.The District Revenue Officer, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District.
