The petitioner with a grievance that the award passed for the petitioner's land has not been dispursed to him for a long time and has filed this writ petition.
2.Mr.P.T.Thiraviam, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submits that the petitioner claiming compensation for her land in Survey No.826/2A. However the Rail Vikas Nigam Limited, who is the requesting body, by its communication dated 04.02.2023 to the District Revenue Officer informed that this land and some other lands are not required for them.
3. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is closed. No costs. NCC : Yes / No.
