O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed directing the second respondent to conduct the survey and demarcate the petitioner's land in S.No.1298/1 situated at Nandanur Venjamangudalur (Keel Pagam) Village, Aravakurichi Taluk, Karur District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2023.

2. Today, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, from the second respondent/Tashildar, Aravakurichi, submits that the proposed construction of an Anganwadi Centre in the land comprised in Survey No.1299/23 and the said land is not belonged to the petitioner and therefore, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
