ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to issue a direction to the District Munsif Court, Trichy, to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.1485 of 2015 within a time frame.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners would submit that the respondents are interfering in performing poojas by the revision petitioners as they are having right to do so. Therefore, the petitioners have filed I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.1485 of 2015 for interim injunction against the respondents and the same is pending.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that the petitioners have already filed 40 cases before different Courts and presently, 13 cases are pending. He further submits that the petitioners are professional litigants and therefore, before fixing a time frame for disposing the said I.A., this Court may take into consideration of these aspects. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, the District Munsif Court, Trichy is hereby directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.1485 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible. This Civil Revision petition is ordered accordingly. No costs.
