PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to file the final report under the supervision of the first respondent in Crime No. 56 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent police within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to file the final report under the supervision of the first respondent in Crime No. 56 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent police

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant the respondent police conducted enquiry in Crime No. 56 of 2018 and closed the complaint as 'Mistake of fact' and RCS notice has been served to the defacto complainant and closure report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However the petitioner is at liberty to file protest petition before the concerned Court.
