ORDER

This Writ Petition was filed for a direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the civil dispute in the Management of the Company affairs of the petitioner Company.

2.When this matter was entertained, an order of interim injunction was passed by this Court on 08.09.2014 and the same is in force till date. 3.In the considered view of this Court, the dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6 should only be worked out before the Civil Court and the respondent police will not have any role to play and hence, the respondent police is directed not to interfere with the dispute concerning the Company affairs of the petitioner and the private respondents. 2/4

4.This Writ Petition is accordingly allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
