Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner questions the recruitment notification.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel clarified that election is proposed to be held on 06.11.2022 and only after the new executive committee is elected, a fresh notification will be issued and the recruitment process will take place. In other words, the impugned recruitment notification has been given a go-bye.
4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 04.11.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No rmi 2/4
