ORDER
The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Cr.No.60 of 2024, which is pending on the file of the respondent Police. He has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police to conclude the investigation within a time frame.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the investigation in Cr.No.60 of 2024 has been completed and final report has been made ready. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), they have deleted one of the accused and they are likely to file the final report within a week. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is closed. In the event, if any of the offence or accused is deleted, then opportunity must be provided to the petitioner to file a protest petition.
