ORDER
This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 24 of 2019 on the file of the 1st Respondent and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioners.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that in respect of very same transactions so many persons have lodged complaint the same has been registered by the Economic Offences Wing and the same has been charge sheeted and taken cognizance in C.C. No. 8 of 2015 on the file of learned Special Judge, TNPID Court, Madurai. In so far as the second respondent is concerned, for the very same transactions she was also paid money on various dates under the same scheme. But the complainant did not produce any of the proof of payment of huge sum of money was made to the petitioner.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13492 of 2019 first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry based on the documents produced by the second respondent herein, if at all any case is made out as against the petitioners shall conduct enquiry and file final report, within a period of Eight (8) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
