It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the proposal submitted by the third respondent seeking to refix the salary of the petitioner on par with his junior has been favourably considered. The proceedings, dated 12.06.2023, issued by the third respondent, has also been placed on record. A copy of the same has also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, who would submit that after recording the same, this writ petition may be disposed of.

2. After recording the fact that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the proposal of the third respondent seeking to refix the salary of the petitioner on par with his junior has been favourably considered, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
