When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order, dated 02.11.2020, made in W.P.(MD) No.15086 of 2020, has been duly complied with by the respondents vide proceedings dated 16.12.2021 and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings to that effect.

2. Taking the aforesaid proceedings dated 16.12.2021 on record, this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
