Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PAREKHKUMAR.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.VEERENTHIRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11971 of 2022, on 01.08.2022.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the condition is complying the condition only for 14 days and the petitioner is absent on 08.09.2022.

4. Since the petitioner has not complied the condition regularly, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. Hence, this Petition is dismissed.
