ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 11.07.2019 in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.303 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Aruppukkottai, Virudhunagar District.

2. This Court, by order dated 19.10.2023, called for a report from the concerned Principal District Judge with regard to the status of O.S.No.303 of 2013 in the trial Court. Accordingly, the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur has sent a report, wherein it is stated that the suit in O.S.No.303 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Aruppukkottai, Virudhunagar District was disposed of by order dated 08.06.2023.

3. In view of the above, as already the suit itself was disposed of, in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
