Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

2.The third defendant in O.S.No.66 of 2015 on the file of the Additional District Court, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur is the revision petitioner. It is a suit for partition. C.R.P.(MD)No.1698 of 2021 3.Taking note of the over all facts and circumstances, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the suit on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that only a direction for speedy disposal has been given and that no observation has been made regarding the merits of the matter.
