The Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Subordinate Judge, Maanamadurai to expedite the enquiry in E.P.No.47/2024, in O.S.No. 126/2022 pending on his file and dispose the same within a time to be fixed by this Court.

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. 1/4

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the plaintiff in OS No.126/2022 and the suit is decreed in favour of the petitioner/plaintiff. Pursuant to the said decree, the petitioner filed EP No.47/2024. However, the said petition is pending since 2024 without any progress and therefore, the petitioner is before this Court for speedy disposal of the same.

4.Considering the limited scope of the matter and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of EP No.47/2024 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
