ORDER

The contemnor is present before this Court, today. The contemnor has expressed his regret for having passed the earlier order, dated 18.08.2021 without reference to G.O.Ms.No.385, Finance (Salary) Department, dated 01.10.2020. Now, he has passed a revised order, dated 15.09.2022. The revised order also rejects the petitioner's request. It is open to the writ petitioner to file a fresh writ petition challenging the same. With this liberty to the writ petitioner, this contempt petition is closed.
