Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned report dated 31.07.2014 in Na.Ka.No.3069 of 2014 given by the fourth respondent and impugned order Na.a.3069/2014 Tho Ve Koo Sa dated 07.08.2014 passed by the third respondent and quash the same as illegal as the same are contra to law.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. By the impugned communication, the Deputy Registrar, Thiruchendur, had only recommended for conducting enquiry against the petitioner society in accordance with law. It has not infringed the petitioner's rights.

3. Therefore, leaving open all the petitioner's rights, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
