O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the detenu and produce the body of the petitioner's son Ayyanar S/o Santhanam, aged about 28 years, before this Court, illegally detained by the third and fourth respondents and set him at liberty forthwith.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner a case has been registered in Crime No.19 of 2019 under man missing and the investigation is in progress. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13416 of 2019 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
