ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Vijayaragavan For K.Ramaiah, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. R.Paranjothi For KBS Law Office, for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

"This petition is filed to condone the delay of 427 days in filing the above appeal.

2. This appeal has been preferred challenging quantum. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and the respondent. The learned counsel for the respondent does not have serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed on the payment of costs of Rs.1,500/- payable in favour of the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court."
