Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMASAMY.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition to the effect that he shall

furnish surety bond of Rs.25,00,000/- instead of he shall deposit the original title deeds of immovable property worth about Rs.25,00,000/-.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not having immovable property worth of Rs.25,00,000/-. He would further submit that his relative and his friends not come forward to deposit their documents for the above said sum. Hence, he seeks modification. 3.Such sort of contention cannot be accepted. The petitioner has to comply the condition as already directed. This petition deserves to be dismissed. Accordingly, dismissed.
