ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to demolish a dilapidated overhead tank, which is located near the house of the writ petitioner on the ground it endangers to the life of the writ petitioner and his family members.

2. On written instructions, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent submitted that the third respondent has decided to demolish the dilapidated overhead tank on 17.10.2014 and the demolition has already been completed and a new overhead tank has also been constructed. The said statement is recorded. Hence, no further orders are called for in the present writ petition.

3. In view of the above said facts, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
