ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application dated 11.07.2023 to the second respondent, requesting him to grant patta in his name for the land in Survey Nos.315/2 and 315/3 situated at Ariyakulam Village, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District. Since the said application has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader has produced a copy of the order passed by the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Palayamkottai in Mu.Mu.Aa7/4356/2023 dated 01.08.2023 that the petitioner's application has already been rejected. A copy of the said order has also been furnished to the petitioner's counsel. 2/4

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
