Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMASAMY.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon him vide
order dated 21.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11045 of 2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner was already directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Virudhunagar Rural Police Station, daily at 10.30. a.m., in respect of another crime number, he seeks modification of t the condition imposed upon him in the present case. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed upon him is hereby modified to the effect that 'the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 5.30 a.m. until further orders'.
