ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Cr.No.179 of 2022 dated 11.08.2022 on the file of the respondent, Aruppukottai Town Police Station, Virudhunagar District. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that in the absence of any interim order, the respondent Police conducted investigation and charge sheet also made ready. 3.In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed to file final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
