O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is a retired Government employee and the third respondent is the brother of the petitioner and he filed R.C.O.P.No.117 of 2011 before the District Munsif Court, Madurai Town and the petitioner is residing in his house as tenant. Now based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, harassment has been made by the second respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint enquiry has been undertaken in CSR.No.901 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that there is landlord and tenant dispute and on that basis, it was closed on 27.10.2021 by advising the parties to work out their remedy before the pending proceedings before the Rent Controller. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Since enquiry has been closed, nothing survives for consideration or direction in this petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
