O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police to complete the enquiry in C.S.R.No.591 of 2023 dated 20.07.2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that during the course of enquiry in CSR.No.591 of 2023, the petitioner and the unofficial respondent No.3 appeared and have given a statement that the dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent No.3 is purely civil in nature and that they will approach the appropriate civil Court, thereby police have closed C.S.R.No.591 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and on perusal of the records, this petition, which is filed for early disposal of the complaint dated 19.07.2023, is disposed of, since CSR.No.591 of 2/4

2023 has already been closed advising both the parties to approach the appropriate Court/forum.
