Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PON KARTHIKEYAN.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13057 of 2022, dated 04.08.2022. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is complying with the condition for the past 8 days and that the petitioner is residing at Erode and prayed the condition to be relaxed that the petitioner can appear before the Erode Police Station.

3.On the side of the prosecution, it is fairly admitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition for the past five days.

4.In view of the above submissions, this petition is allowed and the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Erode daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
