Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct detailed enquiry with regard to illegal transfer of the free house site given to one late.Karupayee wife of Maruthamuthu by the 4th and 5th respondent in patta No.23 in Veerapandi Bit-II survey No.45/5, 6A, 6C situated at Veerapandi, Thirumalpuram Post, Madurai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2018 consequently directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to reassign the said free house site to the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.

W.P.(MD) No.20966 of 2018 subject property has already been issued to the petitioner herein. The said fact has also been acknowledged by the counsel for the petitioner.
