ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to conduct survey of the property situated in Survey No.418/2, Vengatnayakkanpatti Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District, by considering his application dated 05.12.2024. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Manojkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and
Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the fourth respondent. Since no adverse order is passed against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.
3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4.According to the petitioner, the subject property was purchased by him under a registered sale deed dated 03.10.2024 and the patta for the subject property was also issued in his name in Patta No.883. The petitioner submitted an application on 05.12.2024 seeking survey of the subject property and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner has not filed any online application. Hence, his request has not been considered.
6.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce the acknowledgment for having submitted an online application before the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of acknowledgment, the second respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner and pass final orders on its own merits within a further period of eight weeks, after issuing notice to the petitioner, fifth respondent, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
