ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide life protection to the petitioner and her family members at the hands of the respondents 4 to 6 and their men while carrying out construction works in the assignment land https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17009 of 2021 belonging to the petitioner situated in Plot No.352/34 to an extent of 0.01.0 ares ( 2 1⁄2 cents ) in Mangampatti Village, Kallai Post, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District based on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.10.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that F.I.R is registered as against the petitioner in Crime No.78 of 2022.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition cannot be granted. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action.
