O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.07.2014 within a stipulated period.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the property of the 3rd respondent temple has been leased out to various persons and the rents have not been collected. Hence, he had made a representation, which is still pending with the 1st respondent.

3.Without adverting to the averments made in the writ petition, I have considered the limited relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 1st respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks

thereafter.

4.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
