O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 08.04.2024, in W.P.(MD)No.1012 of 2024.

2. During the course of hearing, Mr.Veerakathiravan, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Counsel for the respondent submits that against the order of the learned Single Judge, the respondent filed Writ Appeal in W.A.(MD)No.1370 of 2024 and the same was allowed by judgment dated 14.02.2025 by the Division Bench of this Court, setting aside the order of the learned Single Judge.

3. In the above factual position, in our considered view, no further orders are required.
