ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR No.266 of 2024 came to be registered and that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, CSR No.263 of 2024 came to be registered and the same are pending for enquiry.
3. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in both the CSRs and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
