ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2019 and take appropriate action to prevent the respondents 5,6 and 7 from running a shrimp farm in the agricultural field in Vichur Revenue Village, Manamelkudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District."

2. It is informed before this Court that the said farm is not running and a communication to this effect has been received from the Tahsildar/Executive Magistrate, Manamelkudi Taluk. The same is extracted as follows :

"4. It is informed that the shrimp farm situated in Survey No.61/1 in Vichur Village is not functioning....."
