This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to forbear the third respondent from interfering the civil dispute in respect of the petitioner's property in Survey No.70/17 situated at Oothupatti Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District by considering the petitioner's representations, dated 22.10.2021 and 23.10.2021. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, F.I.R has been registered against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.19838 of 2021 respondents 4 to 6 in Crime No.429 of 2021.
3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
