Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 16.11.2013, 16.11.2013 and 17.04.2014 and direct the respondents to issue the petitioner the "New online Password and Keyword" for the petitioner's PAN Nos.AACFV6665J , AACCV1257F and AACCV89997L, respectively.

For Petitioner : No appearance For Respondents : Ms.Srimathy Standing Counsel COMMON ORDER At the instance of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, for getting instructions, these Writ Petitions were listed on 09.10.2020 under the caption 'for withdrawal'. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 09.10.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted on 16.10.2020 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there was no representation for the petitioner. This shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
