and 2 to conduct survey and fixed the boundary stones of the petitioner's land in Survey No.37/5, with an extent of 81.5 cents situated at S.Andalkudi Village, S.Andakudi Group, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District and thereby direct the fourth respondent to give adequate police protection at the time of conduct survey the land on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 04.07.2025 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct survey of the property situated in Survey No.37/5, with an extent of 81.5 cents in S.Andalkudi Village, S.Andakudi Group, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, by considering his representation dated 04.07.2025.

2.Heard the arguments of Mr.M.Boopathipandian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 3 and 4. Since no adverse order is passed against the fifth respondent, notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with. 3.By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4.According to the petitioner, he claims right over the subject properties under three sale deeds dated 26.05.2011, 16.02.2012 and 22.07.2013. The patta for the subject properties has also been issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.3123. The petitioner submitted an online application on 03.07.2025, in application No.2025/0123/ 27/006583, seeking survey of the subject properties. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online applicationof the petitioner dated 03.07.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, fifth respondent, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.
