By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the third respondent namely, Tahsildar, to survey the lands of the petitioner in GR Survey No.378/10 (0.01.50 Ares) Patta No.1699, in GR Survey No.378/11 (0.01.00 Ares) Patta No.1700 and in GR Survey No.378/12 (0.00.50 Ares) Patta No. 1701, in Thiruppathur Taluk Sivagangai District. W.P(MD)No.19753 of 2021 regard. The petitioner has also paid the necessary fees for such survey. There is an objection raised by the fourth respondent. However, there is an obligation of the third respondent to comply with the request of the petitioner herein, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2021. 3.The third respondent may issue notice to the fourth respondent and to any other individual concerned and thereafter undertake to survey the lands with the assistance of the Surveyor of the said Taluk. The entire exercise may be completed within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
