ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Cr.No.298 of 2024 pending on the file of the respondent as expeditiously as possible. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that FIR in Cr.No.298 of 2024 came to be registered on 12.03.2024 and that both accused are from Kerala and hence seeks three months time to file the final report.

3.Recording the same, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Cr.No.298 of 2024 and file the final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
