Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent Superintendent of Jails vide No.7085/Po.1/2013, dated 17.05.2013, refusing to forward the petitioner's service Registrar to the 4th respondent Assistant Elementary Educational Officer for counting the past service for fixing his pensionary benefits, quash the same and further direct the 2nd respondent Superintendent of Jails forthwith to forward the petitioner's service Registrar to the fourth respondent maintained for the period from 21.10.1983 to 11.08.1997 (13 years, 9 months and 20 days) during which the petitioner worked as Grade-II Police Constable under the Prisons Department.
