ORDER

Vide order dated 30.04.2025, I had held that Thiru.S.Manikandamariappan / petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5420 of 2015 has committed contempt. Hence the statutory notice was directed to be issued to him.

2. It is stated that in Paragraph No.8 of the order dated 16.10.2019, the learned counsel appearing for Manikandamariappan had stated that summons can be sent to No.4, Sowrastra, 6th Street, Nungambakkam, Chennai-34.

3. Shri.A.Robinson, learned counsel, appearing for the other accused in this criminal case is called upon to inform Shri.C.S.Krishnamoorthy, learned counsel who appeared for Manikandamariappan.

4. It is made clear that if Manikandamariyappan does not respond to the notice by appearing either in person or through Counsel or through VC mode on 27.04.2026 at 4:00 PM, the order quashing the proceedings would stand recalled.
