ORDER
The petitioner has submitted an application dated 30.06.2023 to the respondent, requesting him to survey his land and filed this writ petition immediately, that his application has not been considered by the respondent.
2. Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's application is under process and it would be considered on seniority basis within a reasonable time.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the application has been made only on 30.06.2023 and it is under process, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to conduct survey, after issuing notice to the adjacent land owners and conclude the same, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
