ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2014 to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the 4th respondent and to appoint a new Thakkar with specific directions to collect rents from all the shops and buildings and land, which are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD) No.14901 of 2014 standing either in the name of Rajavinayagar Temple/Sundaramoorthi Vinayagar Temple and to maintain proper accounts. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents submits that the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2014 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed by the 2nd respondent/the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious & Charitable Endowments Board, Thanjavur, within a period of 6 weeks. 3.This writ petition is disposed of in terms of the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader. If case any adverse orders are to be passed against any other persons, the 2nd respondent shall issue appropriate notice to such persons also. No costs.
