(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to quash the impugned e-auction sale notice in Ref:SN/04/2020-21, dated 13.08.2022 issued by the respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the e-auction sale notice challenged in this Writ Petition itself was withdrawn and therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for adjudication.

3. Recording the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
