This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to withdraw the investigation in Crime No.495 of 2021 on the file of the fifth respondent and transfer the same to the third respondent. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents has represented that already the case in Cr.No.495 of 2021 was transferred to the third respondent/CBCID and the same is under investigation. 2/4

3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to complete the investigation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
