PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st, 2nd,3rd,4thand 5th respondents M/s.BSNL Officials, Karaikudi, Thanjavur, Salem and Coimbatore to consider the petitioner's representation dated on 21.02.2018 and 18.03.2018 and immediately settle the arrears amount of service tax of the Govt. of India to the petitioner and pay to the Commissioner of Central Excise, Service Tax and GST, Trichirappalli in sum of Rs.16,93,278/- period from 16.06.2005 to 30.11.2006.
