This writ petition is filed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 19.04.2021.

2.The petitioner has narrated several allegations against the 3rd respondent. This Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case. The District Collector shall consider the petitioner's representation. If need be, the District Collector shall take the objections from the 3rd respondent and grant personal hearing for the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent and thereafter pass a speaking order. be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above said observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
